We accept exchanges if the product is in like-new condition. Buyer must cover applicable shipping costs. We do not accept returns at this time.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but orders typically ship within 2–4 business days from our Vancouver studio.

All our candles, incense, and home mists are made in Vancouver, B.C., using ingredients and supplies we source both locally and globally.
We scent our products with essential oils and phthalate-free fine fragrance. No petroleum or parabens. All Homecoming products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Yes. Please make sure to spot check before applying to any surface, especially skin.
Your clean Homecoming vessels can be returned to our studio at 1871 Powell St. in Vancouver.
Because we're a small team, our hours vary week-to-week. Please schedule a recycling drop-off appointment to ensure someone is at the studio to meet you.
We can only accept clean Homecoming candles and room spray vessels. Once your candle is finished, pour boiling water into the vessel, let it cool, and pop out the remaining wax that forms on the top. Use a spoon to remove the base of the wick and wash gently with warm, soapy water.
Yes! Before each burn, trim your wick to ¼". A shorter wick means a steadier flame, less soot, and a longer life for your candle.
Please store your Homecoming products in a cool, dry place with a lid on to preserve scent integrity.

We host workshops periodically throughout the year at 1871 Powell St. in Vancouver. We are also available for private and off-site workshops.
You'll get to make two soy wax candles with custom scent blends and a pair of hand-rolled beeswax candles. Light refreshments will be served. Workshops can be customized for private events.
