Candle Making Workshops (January 2025)
Homecoming Candle Making Workshop
We’d like to welcome you to our studio space to make candles with us. Learn some candle-making tips, blend your own fragrance, and walk away with new scents for your home.
When and Where:
- Dates and Times Available: Saturday January 18th (11am to 12:30pm) OR Thursday January 23rd (6:00pm-7:30pm)
What’s included:
- All supplies needed to make two (2) 8oz soy wax candles and one (1) pair of beeswax pillars.
- Candle making add-on’s, including extra scents for custom scent blending, eco-glitter, and dried flowers.
- Knowledge + tips to make your own candles with take-home instruction postcards for both soy and beeswax candles.
- Refreshments, and a 20% discount off all full priced Homecoming products.
NOTE: Classes will be limited to 10 attendees, private classes are also available for future dates. Please contact hello@homecomingcandles.com for more information.
- Address: 1871 Powell Street. Free street parking can be found all along Powell St.
- All tickets are final sale, if you can no longer attend the workshop you may transfer your ticket to someone else or apply the cost of your ticket to Homecoming products.
*Candles will need a few hours to set, please plan on returning to the studio at a later date to pick up your candle or you may pay to ship your candle ($15) in class via credit card. Our studio is generally open on Thursdays and Fridays from 11am to 5pm for pickups.
Safety
If you have recently experienced symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, difficulty breathing and/or coughing, please do not book a workshop with us at this time. Should you book a workshop and begin experiencing any of the above symptoms, we will be more than happy to reschedule you for a date that you are feeling better.
Be cautioned that spills and drips are possible and clothing may become dirty, please dress accordingly. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing without loose sleeves or hanging accessories. For safety around hot wax, please wear close-toed shoes with a good grip.
We reserve the right to limit participants that do not wear proper clothing or safety equipment provided.
